Delivery

Every seller on hairmarket ships orders itself, from its own warehouse. This page explains how delivery works; the terms of your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where orders ship from The seller's warehouse is shown on the item page ("Ships from …") and in the cart. If an order has items from different sellers or warehouses, each parcel ships and is tracked separately.

Carriers The seller chooses the carriers it works with. In Russia this is usually CDEK: courier to the door or a pickup point. The options for your address are shown at checkout.

Cost Delivery is priced per parcel by the carrier's or the seller's rate and shown before you pay. With several parcels, the costs add up.

How long it takes Times depend on the carrier and distance and are shown next to each option.

Tracking The tracking number appears on the order in your account as soon as the seller hands the parcel over. It opens the carrier's page.

Duties and taxes Deliveries to another country may be subject to customs duty. We show an estimate at checkout; it is paid on delivery under your country's rules.

Your address Check the recipient's address and phone before paying. For a pickup point, you collect the parcel with the code from the carrier's message and an ID.

If something goes wrong - If a parcel is late, check tracking and write to the seller from the order. - If the box is damaged, photograph it before opening and report the problem within 30 days. - If tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, tell us as soon as possible.

Contact Delivery questions: from the order in your account or through "Contacts".
