Question 1

Is the unit in the photo the one I receive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every hair unit is one real item: one cut, one set of tapes, one ponytail or one weft. Its photos, length and weight are of that exact item. Care products and tools are sold by quantity.

Question 2

How is the price set?

Accepted Answer

Each unit has one fixed price for the whole item — there is no bargaining. For hair sold by weight we also show the price per kilogram, so units of different weight are easy to compare. Delivery is calculated at checkout for your address.

Question 3

Can someone else buy the unit while I'm paying?

Accepted Answer

No. When you start checkout, the unit is reserved for you for 20 minutes. If the time runs out before you pay, it goes back on sale.

Question 4

Who sells here?

Accepted Answer

Hair companies — factories, salons and wholesalers. Each seller has a public store page with ratings from real buyers.

Question 5

How do payment and delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Payment and delivery options are shown at checkout.

Question 6

Can I return a unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The seller sets the return window, never shorter than the law requires (in Russia, 7 days after delivery, or 3 months if written return information was not handed over at delivery). Your order page shows the exact window and the last day. The seller handles the return; hairmarket steps in if you can't agree.

Question 7

Can I sell my hair here?

Accepted Answer

Companies can. Sign in and open Sell hair: the seller workspace shows your store, orders to ship and payouts.
