1. About these terms 1.1. These terms are the offer of Brooklyn Bulk Hair Co (dev) (the "Seller") to sell the goods shown in the "Brooklyn Bulk Hair" shop to any customer who accepts them (the "Buyer"). 1.2. The Buyer accepts these terms by placing an order and paying for it (or choosing to pay on delivery). The contract is then concluded on these terms. 1.3. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Seller's state, including the applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in them limits the rights consumers have under that law.
2. The Seller - Name: Brooklyn Bulk Hair Co (dev) - EIN: [add the EIN in company settings] - State registration number: [add the registration number in company settings] - Address: [add the registered address in company settings] - E-mail: admin@trunovhair.com - Phone: [add a phone number in company settings]
3. Goods and orders 3.1. Each product page shows the description, photos, specifications, price and availability. A unique item (for example a hair piece made from natural hair) exists only once: it is held for the Buyer while they check out and sold to whoever pays first. 3.2. Before paying, the Buyer sees the full price including delivery. The order confirmation and receipt are sent by e-mail.
4. Price and payment 4.1. Prices are shown in the order currency and fixed when the order is placed. 4.2. Payments go through the Hairmarket Platform (dev) payment service; card details are never shared with the Seller. 4.3. Import duties and taxes of the destination country, if any, are not included and are paid by the Buyer; an estimate is shown at checkout.
5. Delivery Delivery options, times and prices are shown at checkout and in "Delivery". Risk passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the Buyer or their recipient.
6. Cancellations and returns 6.1. The Buyer may cancel an order before it ships, and may return goods within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. See "Returns". 6.2. Refunds are made within 14 days of the request, to the original payment method (including a gift card or store credit used for the order).
7. Personal data The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data to perform the contract under the applicable US federal and state privacy laws and the shop's privacy policy.
8. Buyer protection Your purchase is backed by the Hairmarket Platform (dev) platform. If an order does not arrive or is not as described and the seller has not resolved it, contact platform support from the order page: we review the case and refund you under the "Returns" terms.
9. Liability and disputes Write to admin@trunovhair.com first; we answer within 10 days. Disputes that cannot be settled are decided by the competent courts of the United States and the Seller's state, without limiting any consumer's right to bring a claim where the law allows.
10. Changes These terms apply from their publication in the shop. A new version does not apply to orders placed before it was published.
